Q How do I care for my basike` bag?

A It is as easy as a wipe with a soapy damp cloth for surface marks or a cold machine wash. A quick line dry, light press with a cool iron and you’re done!

Q When will I receive my bags?

A We value your business, we aim to have orders shipped within 48 hours. We use Australia Post Express, so depending on your location cbd or regional you can expect to receive your order within 5 days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us @ info@basike.com.au

Q How do I pay for my order?

A We offer two methods.
Online purchases are securely processed via PayPal. PayPal will accept member and non member payments.

Unsure about PayPal, we also accept direct deposits. Please email us at info@basike.com.au with your order and someone will get back to you with our details. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

Q How do I become a stockist?

A Interested in stocking our great bags. Drop us a line at wholesale@basike.com.au and someone will be in contact shortly.

Q What is your exchange/refund policy?

A We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship within 1 year. Unfortunately we do not exchange or refund if you have changed your mind. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any faults via email at info@basike.com.au and return the goods within 10 days to be eligible. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q Do you ship internationally?

A We currently deliver to any destination within Australia. If we don’t ship to the country you’re in, drop us a line at info@basike.com.au and we can let you know if we’ll be there soon!
